SRAG members join and participate in Leadership and Management Meetings

Twice-weekly sessions are attended by three members of the SRAG. These members developed own rota and feedback sheet to enable prompt sharing of the meetings to the PPI Lead and the rest of the team. For the PPIE aspect of DATAMIND, the RAG have created an Impact Log and Risk Register so that we can track the impact that the RAG’s work is having and identify any areas where we need support and advice from colleagues in the wider team.
