Transforming Mental Health Research
Harmony allows researchers to upload mental health questionnaires in various formats, including PDF or Excel, such as the GAD-7 anxiety questionnaire. Utilising transformer neural network architectures, Harmony identifies identical, similar, or contrasting questions among questionnaires, enabling efficient data harmonisation.
Seamless Integration with Catalogue of Mental Health Measures
Harmony seamlessly integrates with the Catalogue of Mental Health Measures, an interactive repository featuring mental health and wellbeing measures from British cohort and longitudinal studies, providing access to a comprehensive array of data. Through Harmony’s integration with the Catalogue, users can explore mental health measures with ease, fostering collaboration and enhancing data accessibility.
Driving Collaboration and Innovation
Led by Dr. Eoin McElroy from Ulster University and Dr. Bettina Moltrecht from University College London, Harmony’s development aims to promote better integration of data harmonisation in mental health research. By facilitating investigations into the active ingredients of mental health and addressing critical questions surrounding human connection, Harmony fosters collaboration and innovation.
