Emma is Project Manager at MQ Mental Health Research and the Project Manager for Datamind’s Workforce Capacity Building, Training, and Development Workstream. Emma is responsible for organising and delivering Data Science conferences, training programmes and career development opportunities that support the growth of early career researchers. Alongside her work on DATAMIND, Emma also manages a portfolio of national and international research projects at MQ, contributing to the coordination and delivery of impactful mental health research initiatives.
Emma brings extensive experience from both the creative and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining MQ, she spent over nine years managing operations at a London-based education charity, where she led fundraising efforts and developed programmes to support the educational, social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people.
