Hala Rachidi

Workforce Capacity, Training & Development, Core Activity Lead

Hala Rachidi is the Grants and Programme Manager at MQ Mental Health Research and the Project Manager for Datamind’s Workforce Capacity Building, Training, and Development Workstream. Hala is responsible for organising and delivering Data Science conferences, trainings, and career development opportunities for the DATAMIND project and MQ researchers. Hala also manages MQ’s Gone too Soon Research programme, the MQ Fellows Awards, and ongoing grants. Before Joining MQ, Hala worked in the humanitarian emergency response sector where she oversaw the monitoring and evaluation of International Medical Corps Lebanon’s healthcare and community based psychosocial support programs for Syrian Refugees and vulnerable Lebanese across 50 primary healthcare facilities and worked closely with the Lebanese government to coordinate the implementation of electronic health records across supported primary care centres.

Hala is a graduate of the Master of Public Health (MPH) program at the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Lebanon with a concentration in Health Management and Policy.
