Hala Rachidi

Workforce Capacity, Training & Development, Core Activity Lead

Hala Rachidi is a Research Programme Lead at MQ Mental Health Research and the Lead for Datamind’s Workforce Capacity Building, Training, and Development Workstream. Hala is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the Data Science conferences, trainings, and career development opportunities for the DATAMIND project and MQ grant holders. Hala also designs and executes MQ’s grant funding programmes and manages MQ’s research portfolio. Before Joining MQ, Hala worked in the humanitarian emergency response sector where she oversaw the monitoring and evaluation of International Medical Corps Lebanon’s healthcare and community-based psychosocial support programs across 50 primary healthcare facilities and worked closely with the Lebanese government to coordinate the implementation of electronic health records across supported primary care centres.

Hala is a graduate of the Master of Public Health (MPH) program at the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Lebanon with a concentration in Health Management and Policy.
