Pauline Whelan is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Manchester and Co-Director of the GM.Digital Research Unit at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. She has worked in technical roles in digital health research for many years and co-leads the Digital Health Software team at the University of Manchester. Her focus is on developing software to support and improve the lives of under-served populations. She is Chief Technology Officer of CareLoop Health Ltd, a University of Manchester spin-out company; CareLoop builds digital products to transform care for people living with serious mental illness.
